  • Preparation of Expressions of Interest which secured client short-listing for three continental shelf surveys (2003 & 2004).
  • Tender negotiations for extended continental shelf delimitation and formation of consortium to undertake necessary works to prepare coastal state’s submission to the UN Commission on the Limits of the Continental Shelf (2005).
  • Retained as Hydrographic Expert by consultants advising two coastal states on preparation of their claims to an extended continental shelf (ECS) under provisions of art.76 of the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) and other general obligations and benefits arising from ratification of the Convention. Project concluded with the organisation of a workshop on methodology for the preparation and submission of claims to the UN Commission on the Limits of the Continental Shelf (CLCS). (2005-7).
  • Facilitated tender submission for desktop study into the delimitation of the continental shelf of a coastal state in accordance with CLCS-11 and the provisions of article 76 of UNCLOS 1982 (2005).
  • In collaboration with others prequalified to submit a tender for provision of consultancy services to assist a coastal state in the preparation and presentation of its claim to an Extended Continental Shelf to the CLCS. (2007).
