Training and Education

• Design and delivery of "in-service" hydrographic training.
    Re-design of short hydrographic course for mixed distance
     learning/attendance delivery (2004).
    Short course in Hydrographic Surveying for American dredging
     contractors, delivered in the USA in 2002.
    Short courses in Hydrographic Surveying for international staff
     of major Dutch dredging and marine contractors (1996 to date).
    Retained by Warsash Maritime Centre to design and deliver
     short courses in Sea Surveying and Marine Awareness for Shell
     International Staff and British Telecom Marine Navigating Officers.

• Assisted in the design and delivery of Hydrographic Pathway
  for Southampton Institute Maritime Undergraduate Programme.
  
• Design and delivery of Marine Exploration and Data Acquisition
  and Management modules in:
    MSc. EEZ Management
    MSc. International Maritime Studies, Coastal & Ocean Management.
  

• Provision of Hydrographic training for international students
  (both in the UK and "in country").
    Retained by leading International Survey Company to prepare
     the training section of a proposal for establishing a National
     Hydrographic Service.
    Design and delivery of basic hydrographic training course
     and subsequent operational training for Gulf Co-operation
     Council member state.
